Astermeds.com is only licensed distributor of medications. It does not manufactures medications on own. Thus, we take no responsibility for use of the medications. Entire responsibility of using the medicines lies with customers.
Astermeds.com takes no liability for purchasing medications from our store or for side effects caused by the medications. Also, we do not provide any medical advice. We advise our customers to make a purchase from us only on doctor's recommendation.

Astermeds.com does not take any responsibility for confirming the importation requirements, regulations, and proprietary third party rights of the purchaser, and the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped at the full risk of the customer.
If the customs department held order in custody, the responsibility of loss lies completely with the purchaser, unless a copy of a confiscation notification from the customs agency or import authority in charge is provided to Astermeds.com.
Astermeds.com takes liability for delivery if customers have opted for express shipment method and has rendered right shipping address.
If found the provided shipping address is wrong in that case Astermeds.com takes no responsibility for misplacing an order. Order either come back to the sender or get misplaced.
Astermeds.com sends order free of charge if customer receives order in damaged form due to improper packing and if wrong product is delivered. But, customer has to give a proof of improper packaging and of wrong product sent.
Astermeds.com accepts any order changes only within 24 hours of placing an order. After that no changes will be entertained.
Refunds or charge back payments attempted in disagreement to the Disclaimer will not be entertained.
Unauthorized use of Astermeds.com may give rise to a claim for damages and/or can be a criminal offence.
